Notes for people deciding whether to start.

These are explanations, not case studies. The firm is new, so this page does not invent client stories, logos, or performance numbers.

What a first consultation covers

Expect questions about the business, the customer, what has already been tried, and what a useful next 90 days would look like. You should leave with a clear sense of whether there is a fit. You should not leave with a promise of rankings, revenue, or a fixed customer count.

How a marketing plan is organized

A useful plan names the objective, the audience, the offer, the channels worth the budget, what will be made, and how progress will be read. Vanity metrics can be reported. They should not be the goal.

What belongs in a brand identity

A name treatment, a logo that still works small, a short set of colors and type, and a few sentences that say who the business is for. A thick guideline no one opens is less useful than a short one the team will actually follow.
